Engineered for Absolute Dry Storage.

UltraDry exists for one purpose: to eliminate moisture as a failure point. Our DryFusion™ dual‑dry technology delivers lab‑grade humidity control with a color‑change indicator that tells you exactly when action is needed. It’s engineered for environments where reliability isn’t optional — it’s required.

SurfaceCoat™ Build Plate Preparation Starter Kit Description

The SurfaceCoat™ Build Plate Preparation Starter Kit combines SurfaceCoat™ Build Plate Conditioner with the SurfaceCoat™ Professional Squeegee Kit to create a complete solution for preparing 3D printer build surfaces. Designed specifically for makers who demand reliable first layers and consistent print adhesion, this kit provides everything needed to apply a uniform, controlled coating with minimal effort and waste.

SurfaceCoat™ Build Plate Conditioner forms a micro-thin adhesion layer that activates as the build plate heats, helping reduce lifting, warping, and first-layer failures across a wide range of filament materials. The included precision fine-tip applicator allows controlled dispensing directly onto the print surface, while the SurfaceCoat™ squeegee evenly spreads the conditioner into a smooth, consistent film from edge to edge.

The custom cast aluminum squeegee is engineered to comfortably accommodate the majority of desktop 3D printer build plates, making full-surface application fast, repeatable, and efficient. By creating a uniform coating, the system helps reduce excess product usage while delivering more consistent adhesion across the entire print area.

Two professional-grade BlueMax® blades with different durometers are included, allowing users to select their preferred application feel and flexibility. The squeegee is also compatible with standard BlueMax® replacement blades, providing long-term customization options.

Whether you're printing PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, or other common materials, the SurfaceCoat™ Build Plate Preparation Starter Kit delivers a clean, professional solution for achieving dependable first-layer performance and repeatable print success.

The DryFusion Advantage

DryFusion™ outperforms traditional desiccants by combining high‑capacity adsorption with a clean, dust‑free indicator system. The beads don’t just absorb moisture — they show you exactly when they’re spent, eliminating guesswork and protecting your materials with absolute consistency. It’s a smarter, more reliable approach to humidity control.

🔵 BLUE SILICA GEL

Spread in a thin layer. Heat at 220–240°F for 1–2 hours, or until beads return to blue. Do not exceed 250°F.

⚪ ZEOLITE

Spread in a thin layer. Heat at 400–500°F for approximately 2 hours. Do not exceed 700°F.

IMPORTANT: Use an oven and baking sheet dedicated to non-food use. Cool desiccant in an airtight container before use or storage.

UltraDry™ PETG 3D Printing Filaments

UltraDry™ Moisture Control Desiccants are engineered to protect the materials that matter.
Whether you're storing filament, parts, tools, electronics, or sensitive components, UltraDry™ desiccants maintain a stable, low‑humidity environment that prevents moisture damage before it starts.

Moisture is the hidden enemy of polymers and precision materials — causing brittleness, surface defects, corrosion, and unpredictable performance. UltraDry™ desiccants eliminate that risk with industrial‑grade drying power designed for long‑term protection.

Why UltraDry™ Desiccants Deliver Better Protection

High‑capacity moisture absorption for extended life and stable humidity control
Fast‑acting drying media that begins working immediately
Durable, leak‑resistant packaging for clean, safe use in storage bins, drawers, and sealed containers
Optimized for filament storage, toolboxes, electronics cases, and long‑term material preservation
Maintains a dry environment for months, not days
Reusable options available (depending on SKU)

If you want consistent print quality, longer material life, and reliable storage conditions, UltraDry™ Desiccants are the foundation of a proper dry‑storage setup.

Moisture doesn’t just affect filament — it affects everything in your workspace. UltraDry™ desiccants give makers, engineers, and professionals a simple, powerful way to control humidity and protect their materials year‑round.

Material Safety & Compliance

UltraDry™ Moisture Control Desiccants fully comply with EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU + (EU) 2015/863. No restricted heavy metals, flame retardants, or phthalates were detected in any tested materials. Safe for use in sealed storage bins, filament containers, toolboxes, and long‑term dry‑storage environments.
