About Us
Our Story
Most makers run into the same problems: moisture‑soaked filament, colors that vanish for months, and stock delays that stall projects. We’ve lived that frustration ourselves — stopping prints, hunting for reliable suppliers, and losing hours to material that should have just worked.
So we built a different model.
PETGUSA keeps a permanent, U.S.‑stocked catalog of UltraDry™ PETG — factory‑dried, QC‑checked, laser‑measured, and protected from moisture from the moment it’s produced. Every spool is engineered for long‑run stability, consistent extrusion, and zero‑guesswork performance.
If we offer a color, it’s in stock.
If you don’t see it yet, it’s already in development.
No long waits. No surprises.
From the center of the country, we ship fast to makers, engineers, hobbyists, and print‑farm operators who expect reliability. PETGUSA exists to remove friction from your workflow — consistent from spool to spool, and ready every time you hit print.
Our Engineering Approach
We don’t just make filament — we engineer consistency. Every spool begins with controlled resin sourcing, verified moisture levels, and documented extrusion parameters. Each batch is factory‑dried, QC‑checked, laser‑measured, and test‑printed before it ever reaches U.S. inventory.
Our process is built on real manufacturing and supply‑chain discipline. Three decades in packaging and logistics shaped how we design for repeatability, protect materials in transit, and maintain quality from production to delivery. That experience shows up in every detail — from resin handling to sealed packaging to how we manage domestic stock.
PETGUSA partners directly with a dedicated manufacturing team and keeps inventory permanently stocked in the U.S. for predictable, fast delivery. No long waits. No variability between spools. No surprises.
UltraDry™ System
Moisture is the silent variable in 3D printing — the root cause of stringing, popping, weak layer adhesion, surface defects, and unstable extrusion. And the truth is simple: most filament reaches makers already compromised.
UltraDry™ removes that variable entirely.
Every spool is factory‑dried before extrusion, sealed immediately, and protected from ambient humidity. Moisture is eliminated before the polymer hits the die, giving you stable melt flow, clean layers, and predictable performance across long prints.
DryFusion™ is the engineered process behind that promise.
It combines controlled resin conditioning, verified moisture levels, and documented extrusion parameters to ensure the polymer stays dry through the entire melt‑flow path. UltraDry™ protects the material. DryFusion™ shapes it with consistency.
Each batch is verified with documented moisture readings, QC‑checked, and test‑printed before it enters U.S. inventory. The result is zero‑moisture filament, consistent from spool to spool.
UltraDry™ and DryFusion™ work together as the foundation of PETGUSA — engineered so makers never have to fight their filament.
Early Growth & Inventory Strategy
Reliable filament starts with responsible scaling. In the early phases, inventory depth varies by color so we can protect availability while real‑world demand patterns settle. Temporary order limits keep stock balanced and prevent a handful of large buyers from draining early batches before the system stabilizes.
As depth increases, those limits are removed and each color transitions into predictable, always‑in‑stock rotation. Everything is stocked domestically in the U.S. for fast, dependable delivery.
This is the foundation of our Stock & Release model — engineered to keep makers printing without delays, without outages, and without uncertainty.

Stock & Release Program
High‑volume makers need reliability, not guesswork. The Stock & Release Program guarantees access to material without disrupting availability for others. Inventory is built ahead of demand, held domestically, and released in controlled phases to keep supply predictable for every customer.
Each release cycle is planned around real usage data — not forecasts — ensuring every spool you order comes from verified, ready‑to‑ship stock. No backorders. No reformulations. No surprises.
This is how PETGUSA keeps production lines moving while protecting consistency for every maker — from single‑printer shops to industrial print farms.

Print Farm Partnerships
Print farms run on volume and predictability — and most suppliers can’t deliver either. Missed restocks, inconsistent colors, and long lead times slow production and cost operators real money. PETGUSA solves that.
We can produce over 3,000 spools per day, and that capacity is available to farms that need real, dependable supply. PETG is our core and always will be — but for the right customers, we can also run PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, and PEBA with the same discipline, the same drying standards, and the same consistency.
If your current supplier can’t keep up, tell us what materials you’re buying today. We can be your second source, your stability layer, or your reliable backup when your primary vendor falls behind.
Our production capability goes far beyond what you see on the site. If you need it, we’ll put it on the floor for you — dedicated stock, predictable replenishment, and zero‑moisture filament that performs the same every time.
PETGUSA stays focused on what it does best: reliable PETG inventory in the U.S.
The Print Farm Program simply gives high‑volume operators access to more — without ever compromising reliability.
The Engineer Behind the Brand
I’m an engineer by trade, and the materials I rely on at work set a standard I don’t compromise on. When I’m designing or building serious components, I expect consistency, stability, and performance — every single time.
But when I got home and turned on my printers, the materials available to hobbyists never matched the quality I used in the field.
I wanted both:
the professional‑grade reliability I trust at work, and the color, creativity, and freedom I enjoy at night.
PETGUSA was built to close that gap.
We engineer filament the same way we engineer real‑world parts:
consistent, predictable, and ready for production.
Materials that stay stable across long runs, hold tight tolerances, and deliver the same dependable performance whether you’re:
- prototyping
- producing
- repairing
- designing
- or just playing
It’s the same philosophy behind everything we make:
- Quality for work.
- Reliability for production.
- Colors for play.
- Value that makes it all accessible.
That’s the PETGUSA standard — filament engineered to perform for makers, engineers, and anyone else who opens a spool of our UltraDry™ filament. Every time.
